Mercedes-Benz is recalling several models including 2000-2010 C-Class, CLK, E-Class and CLS model due to problems with the sunroof.
“Due to manufacturing defects, the sliding roof panels and frames may not be fastened properly. As a result, the sunroof panel may detach from the vehicle,” the company said in its recall notice.
“If the panel is either partially or completely detached from the vehicle, there is an increased risk of injury or death to road users.”
