With great power comes great responsibility. Well, that virtue was never taught to the mechanic on Gold Cost when he test drove his customer’s modified Holden VL Commodore.
Estimated to be worth $150,000, the mechanic managed to ram his customer’s vehicle into three cars parked in an industrial estate, destroying the customer’s pride and joy.
One of the owners of the parked car, Rob Sardinha, told 7 News that “it’s not a good way to start a Friday morning, but accidents happen. If the accident didn’t happen, I wouldn’t have a job, because I fix cars.”
Police are still investigating how the crash happened and so far no charges have been laid.
But, taking a wild guess, we suspect speed and lack of driving ability were factors in the crash.
